By placing an order with Raw Forms Studio, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent) and that the information you provide is accurate.

All product images, copy, and graphics belong to Raw Forms Studio and may not be reused without written permission.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

We collect only what is necessary to fulfill orders: name, shipping address, email, and payment confirmation. Payment is processed by Shopify — we do not store card data.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Email privacy@rawformsstudio.com.

We never sell personal data. Analytics are aggregated and anonymized.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon hand-off to the carrier. Lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

EU customers benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. Items must be returned unworn, with tags, in original condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

Sale items, custom orders, and accessories (earrings, intimate pieces) are final sale.

The Raw Forms Studio name, logo, garment patterns, and editorial imagery are protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized reproduction, including AI-trained derivatives, is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raw Forms Studio's liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raw Forms Studio is registered. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved in good faith; failing that, in the competent local courts.
